Withdraw from semester-based courses
It is important to be aware of the deadlines for withdrawing from courses at 果酱视频.
- With refund: Make sure to withdraw before the deadline to receive a refund for academic and foundational courses.
- Without refund: If you withdraw after the deadline, you won鈥檛 receive a refund.
Withdrawals not done through myOkanagan must be completed at your campus registration office. Instructors, advisors, and financial aid representatives can't withdraw you from courses; they can only advise you to contact the registration office.

Step 1: Log in to your myOkanagan account

Step 3: Select 鈥淩egistration鈥
Step 4: Click 鈥淩egister鈥 (add/drop) classes
Step 5: Select the desired term
Step 6: Select the course(s) you wish to withdraw from

What happens to my deposit if I fully withdraw from the program?
All deposits at 果酱视频 are non-refundable. If you withdraw and have a credit on your account that includes the deposit, you will be reimbursed minus the deposit amount (depending on the withdrawal date).
How to withdraw from a program due to medical or compassionate reasons?
The request for withdrawal due to medical or compassionate reasons can be submitted for consideration by filling out the form.
Steps for medical or compassionate withdrawal:
Step 1: Fill out the form: Complete the 1st page.
Step 2: Attach a doctor's note: If there's a medical reason, include a doctor's note or ensure the 2nd page is completed by the professional.
Approval Process:
Approval is based on the documentation you provide.
Refund Requests:
- Your refund request will be checked for eligibility.
- Any tuition refund will first go towards your outstanding account balance.
- Prorated refunds are issued by Financial Services and do not include admissions deposits or student association fees.
The completed form will be accepted via email at registration@okanagan.bc.ca or handed in person at any campus location to the administration/office of the registrar.
